The location of this property is excellent very near to Botanic garden, shopping areas and many restaurants.

"Excellent location & good size unit but just needing a bit of TLC ."

This location is fantastic, close to eateries & great coffee and the shopping precinct.

We were unable to open the sliding door to enjoy a drink in balcony. The door needs new rollers & the track & door glass need a good clean. Taps in ensuite/bathroom need new washers. Unable to turn shower tap more than a quarter turn.

Very helpful hosts who gave us a brief tour on arrival.. Excellent location. Very handy parking under the building.

Unfortunately the lift was temporarily out of action but our hosts carried our luggage up for us!
