Parking no good for large vehicles

Tracey and Barrie were really nice and attentive to any requests, first time that the owners are super helpful, we loved that, also the apartment was beautiful, comfortable and clean, the view was amazing.

The only problem was that right now is winter and the heater in one of the rooms didn’t work and my friends were having problems to sleep, it was too cold and not blankets for winter.

It looked lovely from the outside but we could not access the apartment because the lift was being replaced and we are three elderly women.

Owner did not notify in advance that it was four floors up with no lift. Evidently as a resident in the same block told me, they have known about the “no lift” situation for months.

Location was fantastic. Close to botanical gardens, Rundall Mall and great restaurants.

3rd bedroom was noisy in comparison to the other two bedrooms. Furniture could be updated.

The location was excellent and the facilities were good, although a little bit "tired".

Great location, easy walking around the cbd. Beautiful views to the hills. Beds were a bit hard, could do with mattress toppers.
