Lovely spacious studio with a front and back courtyard. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, in a very quite location with St Kilda on your front doorstep.

"Great location, great host!"

we really loved the location to get to places in south east Melbourne and the CBD. Loved to cook ourselves, Coles is right across the street. Prue is key, really lovely, made a really early checkin possible. Loved the Possums who chased across the roof at night, even though the sound is strange at first.

The bathroom is a bit tiny but still offers sufficient space. The bed was a bit small for three but we managed. Due to poor weather, we had to switch on the heating which took some time.

"fabulous, comfortable stay."

It’s a hidden haven in a busy street. the busy street is close to all shops, bars and restaurants - so very convenient. The accommodation is nestled in a lovely quiet garden.. the noisiest neighbour was the possum! Prue was incredibly welcoming and ensured we were very comfortable. A wonderful find and we will return.

"A gem of a find."

Fantastic! A home from home- comfortable, very clean and great facilities. Great location with the tram into the city being a minute’s walk away. Prue was a fantastic host with friendly helpful communication throughout, and even afterwards as she posted sandals to me that I had left behind. A gem of a find and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

No car parking, but Prue directed us in the right direction.
