Apartman City Lux

Nice apartment with most things we needed. Wifi was excellent. Shower was nice. Owner had mother help us check-in but was able to be reached via phone.

We had some issues finding the place despite speaking with owner the day before - the location on Booking is about 80m from the building – if you don’t read Cyrillic be sure to work out how to find the apartment beforehand (better instructions/map from owner would be helpful). The apartment was not very clean during our stay – ie: the floors had a LOT of hairs on them as did our bedding. The bathroom sink doesn’t drain well so it was dirty with previous guests soap and hair. Check the location depending what you’re doing there as it was tricky for us to get a cab from the apartment to the bus station to depart Banja Luka.

Well located and had everything you need

+ the A/C was very good + good location, close to restaurants and grocery stores + lots of floor space in the apartment + the host had good communication and check-in and check-out processes were easy

- lack of space/shelfs in the bathroom for personal items even though there was lots of physical space (we had to keep all of our toiletries in the living room) — see photo attached - the sink was awkward to wash hands due to space provided with faucet (also the draining was slow — see photo attached) - after paying in cash, the host requested if I could cancel my Booking.com reservation so he could save on some fees, which I declined and thus am able to write a review (never had this request before, not an honest way to run a business) after all, it was due to Booking.com that we even found the place
