This is the worst experience I have had in a long time SEE MY PICTURES :(. Pictures on booking.com page are sending completely false information, the apartment is absolutely not modern nor clean. I found a bottle of something looking like sour milk in the fridge that no one seems to have opened in months. Garbage and leftovers from other guests everywhere. Pieces of furniture are missing, no coffee table, no washing machine. Fabric items such as towels and floor mats are absolutely disgusting, old, worn out or very dirty. Bed linen was not fitted to the bed, cupboard draws are filthy. I FOUND A PUBIC HAIR ON A CHAIR!!! The host was thanking me for my feedback but showed no serious commitment. My conclusion is that high grades shown on the booking.com page are probably made by his buddies or himself, there is no way that anyone would ever feel comfortable in this place.
