Apartment in Antwerp city centre

Clean and a good location

I did not like anything, pictures and the reality was not the same.

Beds were very bad and uncomfortable, sofa bed was extremely hard, not meant for sleeping. In the apartment was specific not pleasant smell constantly, The apartment was in a very bad condition, does not match the pictures, room doors did not closed, toilet and bathroom doors could not lock, in the kitchen there was very limited units of dishes.

location is great just around from the train station, nice coffee shops around for breakfast.It’s about 20 minutes walk into the old town , but has a nice pedestrian street to walk down on the way with shopping along. There is a metro station 2 minutes from the property that you can get downtown but I didn’t use it ,would be very handy for anyone not up for the walk or at night to get back. Contact your host 5 - 10 minutes before your arrival and they will be available with the keys and instructions to get into the apparent, she was very nice.

we stayed during a heatwave 34c. so was uncomfortable trying to sleep as there was no air conditioning. This would not be a problem in cooler months. I personally found the bed a bit too hard for me ,and would like the pillow a bit firmer or at least another one available maybe in the wardrobe , could do with some shower gel in the bathroom, only hand soap on the sink, if I had noticed before I would have got some in the shop and left there.

Great location near the central train station. Clean and tidy, well-equipped, spacious

Mattress could be better. Can constantly hear the water pipe noise.

Location very easy to get to station and trams. Plenty of places to eat and drink short walk. Very clean rooms, kitchen area modern with everything you need for utensils.

Wouldnt say didn't like anything. Only suggestion would be a fan as it was very hot when we were there. Maybe mention stairs quite steep.

short walk to shops and station. windows that open. spacious rooms. friendly host who responded quickly to requests. hubbub of city life.

It was all fine, a few extra touches would make it even better like an oven glove, more than one PowerPoint near the bed, and spare loo paper.

Close to Antwerp Central Station and the old town is also within walking distance. The rooms are quite spacious, comfortable, and warm. The apartment has everything you need (dishes, towels, iron, etc.) to make your stay comfortable. The hostess was responsive and kind.

The room is on the second floor and is accessed by a very narrow winding staircase (which may be a problem if you have large luggage). The area near the front door is very small and has no railings. Definitely wouldn't consider this apartment if traveling with a small child, as one careless step is all it takes to tumble down the stairs.

The location is great, near to the central train station,, a big grocery in the corner, etc.

There is no coffee maschine in the kitchen, what I missed....
