"Average apt great location"

Location is perfect, facilities are average, fine if you're really just needing a place to sleep, clean with all the basics

Kitchen wasn't very usable, which was fine since we didn't need to but if you did there was a bit of a smell in the fridge etc. It's fine for short stays I think. It's also a bit awkward to go find your keys first in another location before you can check in. It's only around 10min walk but good that you're aware if you're in a rush

In a side street of the shopping district

Filthy, unsecured building. Upon arrival the cleaner was still cleaning the flat that was assigned to me. Had not even begun. It was filthy beyond imagination. I left in horror. You can reach anyone from Customer service although they request for your private info. Shady building with questionable tenants. The front door was not securely and seemed forces open as the Keys don't work to enter the building. Awful place. Never again.
