This a very spacious apartment - light and airy and in a great location. The lift is very welcome as the apartment in on the 3rd floor. Kitchen was well equipped, with a large bathroom and a good shower. The balcony is a nice feature and in good weather it's worth the climb for the roof top view. When collecting the keys, Luca recommended local restaurants.

Sofas are a bit tired. It's a bit of a walk to the apartment from the office where you collect the keys - and I don't understand why the Tourist Tax has to be paid in cash and not added to the booking.

Great location, you can walk to the train station in 10-15 minutes. Fairly spacious apartment. Everything you need for cooking.

The first thing I didn’t like was the extra two kilometers of walking (for the keys to their office and back. If I had known this in advance, I wouldn’t have booked, there are quite a few options nearby with not so difficult check-in. The apartment looked quite dirty, black stripes on the walls. You can hear everything that happens in the entrance. Well, then a nightmare began - the heating did not work, there was no hot water. It was very cold. When I tried to contact the owners of the apartment at about 19 pm, they ignored me. Booking administration too. And only the next day I managed to get through to them and they sent an employee who fixed everything. The owners of the apartments answered that “everything worked, but the guest did not know how to turn it on.” Guys, when booking an apartment, I expect everything to work without my calls, letters and my intervention.You must provide the service that is in the description of the apartment.I was also annoyed by the numerous "prohibitions" that are pasted on doors printed in the kitchen and stuff. I was not comfortable here, I will not return and do not recommend for other travelers.

Very spacious appartment -- even the bathroom is very big. The kitchen has some basics like oil and salt, which is unusual when renting apartments and highly appreciated. Nice furniture, in all styles: a refreshing approach compared to those places that are all in one style. No TV but a large mirror in the living fulfills the same function. Heating and wi-fi work fine. Centrally located. An ideal place to organize a big party.

The hot water in the shower could be hotter and the pressure higher.

Good location, and the agents dealing with the check-in process were friendly. The flat was also pretty affordable, but that was reflected in the quality. I probably wouldn’t stay here again (see negatives). There was also a distinct absence of a “homely” vibe. A nice throw pillow, blankets, or even a working coffee machine wouldn’t go amiss.

The key pick-up process could have been so much easier with a lockbox outside the property. As a note to future guests, bear in mind you’ll need to walk 20mins from the station to pick up your keys, and then a further 10min walk to the property. It would help if the apartments had a sign, as it was very difficult to tell which front door exactly the apartment block was. Whilst it was nice to meet the agents dealing with the property, I found the check-in process in the makeshift and sparse “office” a bit odd. I felt like I was picking up a fake ID, and not checking into a legitimate property. I will say that the agents were friendly though. Other reviews noted the noise that is *very* audible from the flat. There was building work all through the night which was pretty strange. The walls are also paper-thin (truly), so you can hear everything as loudly as if you were standing a foot away. The tenants in the building appear to love the sound of their own voices and spent a good length of time shouting and knocking on doors throughout the night. As you enter the property, you’ll note 2 big signs on the back of the door with a list of rules. It came across (at best) as passive aggressive. The flat could do with a proper scrub, I genuinely felt that I was back in my student flat at university.

the location. the staff was very nice also and gave great recommendations for restaurants!

this unit needs a thorough deep cleaning. the walls were filthy with handprints and lord knows what else! the surfaces of things and the windows were also not cleaned. I wadis not want to touch anything or sit on any of the furniture! finally, our neighbors were very loud all night and into the morning and there definitely is a mosquito problem - we didn’t get any sleep!!!

apartment was clean, however kitchen utensils were not when we decided to cook a small dinner. elevator did not operate on the 2-3rd floors, we had to carry luggage up.
