The location is amazing, and the view from the balcony is exceptional, even if it is a little hard work to get there (spiral staircase). The lift is a little quirky, but certainly reminiscent of days gone by. Great space in the living room and kitchen area. Superb WiFi, very fast.

It was disappointing that the seal on the fridge was failing, so it won't shut properly. We had to wedge it closed with a bar stool to attempt to cool drinks, etc. It can be very hot in the loft bedroom, and the small A/C unit doesn't help, unfortunately. There are fans scattered around the property to help if the weather is hot, but it is hard to cool the attic room. We would have scored the property higher if it weren't for a few facility issues

The stairs to the second floor were too tall an the toilet too small

The location is unbelievable - the photo doesn’t do justice to how close it is to The Grand Place. It is perfectly positioned to explore Brussels.

Nothing really - the access up the lift/stairs is tight so maybe not ideal if you have lots of people and bags but it was all part of the charm for us.

so happy we booked this place!
