Location is great. Very clean and efficient apartment.

We were less impressed with some of the bedding. There weren't top sheets, just a comforter. Could have used " makeup removal " wipes. Short on towels, hand towels and face was clothes. Small complaint, but would serve the guest better. Overall an excellent place!

The location, the historical building, and the spacious, well-stocked accommodation! It was clear that the owner put a lot of love into this over 100-year-old top-floor apartment. The balcony and patio on the top floor were breathtaking. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the grocery store was just steps away. Although the original elevator was old, it worked just fine. Everything was clean and well-prepared for us.

The loft bedroom was somewhat warm, and the portable AC unit couldn't cool it adequately. However, leaving the patio doors open at night worked perfectly. I understand that air conditioning is uncommon in most European properties, so this isn't a big deal at all.

Great apartment located few steps away from the Grand Place. Stunning views from the terrace and very well decorated and equipped. Very kind and helpful host.

If I had to say something, the toilet is quite small but not a problem at all.

The location is fantastic and the view is lovely from the terrace. The main living room is a good size and comfortable.

Well, the toilet is tiny, and the second bedroom is accessed by a spiral staircase with no bathroom upstairs. The floors and steps around the apartment could be described as uneven and treacherous. The access by ancient elevator or 4 floors of narrow stairs is a bit of an effort. Despite all of that, it is fine for an active and nimble couple.

The location is great! We liked the large kitchen with all the necessary utensils. And it is very convenient that the house has an elevator.

I take off points for cleanliness and the not very convenient layout of the apartment for a group of 4 people: bathroom is inside one of bedrooms.

Fantastic location right next to many shops and bars. Great views of the city from the balcony.

The flat is locate 5mins from city center. Great atmosphere, very cozy and nice. Saved as favorite property when visiting Brussels again!!!
