La ubicación está estupenda para visitar Bélgica en coche. Está en las afueras en un barrio bueno cerca del atomiun y de la autopista de ronda, permitiendo llegar en menos de una hora a Brujas, Gante, Amberes y Bruselas. El apartamento es muy cómodo para una familia con hasta cinco personas. Tiene una terraza que si el tiempo acompaña permite disfrutar de una cerveza relajante al final de las jornadas. Hay supermercados y lavandería muy cerca

La escalera de acceso es un poco incómoda. No apta para personas con movilidad limitada

We had to buy our own towels. You have to pay for bed linen separately. The deposit you pay is only said on the day of arrival instead during booking. The place wasn’t clean we had to clean ourselves.

The apartment was quite spacious, in a calm neighbourhood, and it was easy to park the car. Especially good for large families so everyone can have their own space. Communication with the host was fast and clear.

After booking the accommodation, I received a message stating that bedding and towels were not included in the price, which I found quite surprising. In over 10 years of using Booking.com, this was the first time I encountered this. It was apparently mentioned in a subsection of the "Important Information," but I usually rely on the main description (my oversight). Still, it's quite unusual and inconvenient not to include basic items like these. The extra charge of €15 per person for bedding and towels also seems excessive. We were driving from the Netherlands and were able to bring our own, but in most cases, that wouldn’t be possible, and the additional cost would be significant. I strongly suggest mentioning this clearly in the main description going forward. Upon arrival, we found that bedding was already provided. When I asked, I was told it was a mistake and that we could use it without extra charge. Still, it had already caused some unnecessary hassle. Additionally, there was a €300 deposit that we were only informed about after booking. This should also be communicated more transparently. Regarding cleaning: if you don’t leave the place in the exact same condition, there’s a €50 cleaning fee. Even on Airbnb, such fees are typically included. We only stayed one night and cleaned up ourselves, although not all necessary cleaning supplies were provided. It’s unclear whether cleaning is done by the hosts at all between stays.

It was not a hotel but. There is no reception and have to pay additionally for the blanket and others . No like photoes.
