Actually, I didn't like anything about it. Every detail was a complete nightmare. Since it was an attic, we hit our heads and injured ourselves because of the low ceiling, especially in the bathroom and in different parts of the apartment. There were no warnings or extra precautions about this. We had to go through a nightmare to get to the apartment. We were warned that a woman living on the ground floor was crazy and dangerous and that if she came to your door, call the police. There were even warning signs about this at the entrance of the building. The woman's door was painted like in horror movies.( You can see it) officer who took us to the apartment was whispering in front of her door out of fear and wanted us to talk like that too. Since we were able to reach the facility in the middle of the night and the owner of the facility said he would not refund, we had to stay there. Although it was not stated on the relevant page that a 500 Euro deposit would be taken when we made the reservation the night before our accommodation, after making a reservation that could not be canceled, the following message was sent only to my booking account instead of my more frequently used e-mail address. However, naturally, we were not likely to see this message at the same time. Moreover, even if we did, we had no way of canceling the reservation: RULES The flat and common areas are non-smoking (200 € fees in case of observation). If you use the oven or cooker, you must clean them after each use. Waste should be deposited regularly and only in the blue container next to the main entrance (close the lid with the special black plastic 'T' key laying in your accomodation). When you are away, set the room thermostate in the living room to 10 degrees. QUITENESS Children are not allowed to run around or jump so as not to disturb the lower neighbours or break the beddings. Moving furniture is not allowed.

CHECK OUT Before you leave (MAX 10 AM), please : Wash your dishes and all the dirty kitchen items (including oven and cooking table). Put all your rubbish in the blue dustbin (container at groundfloor) and lock it again and puit the key of it back in the apartment. Set the room thermostate to 10 degrees, Set the fridge thermostate to 1, DO NOT remove the bed linen in order to make the final inspection easier. Although the final cleaning is included in the rent, if we find that the property is left in abnormally dirty condition, we may charge a cleaning surcharge of at least 50 €. Any damage will also be charged. As you can see, it looks more like a military camp warning list than a resort. When we called the resort, we were warned that we had to pay a deposit first or we wouldn't be able to stay. Moreover, they said they wouldn't refund it. We had to transfer the deposit in our vehicle and then stay. Again, despite the statement "Your deposit will be refunded within 72 hours" in the information, they released my deposit only 1 week later. It only appeared in my account yesterday with the interbank transactions. The check-out instruction reminders and harassment that started at 09:00 in the morning were bonus torture. In short, if you don't want these things to happen to you, never even go near it.

Everything! Huge appartment with great insulation with two bathrooms and a great kitchen with everything you need in it!

We were visting the expo centre and the property was only a 6 minute drive so location was perfect. Great size apartment with all amenities.

I am a light sleeper so the traffic noise was the only issue so purchased ear plugs !

the apartment is very spacious and well lit with plenty of natural light. All cooking facilities for a home like stay. They even provided tea bags, coffee and sugar

toilet is tucked in a tight corner. Not ideal for big size people

Super nice apartment. Spacy and clean. Parking was possible on public streets, easy to find. A couple of supermarkets close by in walking distance. Very cozy. We will come again. Thank you!

Every thing was explained in advance, the apple maps took us right outside the door. Keys were in a coded key box, easy to find. The host left a teddy bear for my little one which was a great gesture. Host were very helpful in guiding me to local shops and some other local queries. The rooms/Apartment was clean and tidy and if needed can accommodate 5 people as well, the location is an easy access to Brussels with several park and ride spots to leave the car and catch a bus /metro

We reached on a day it was 34.celsius in Brussels and it being a top floor apartment was hot. It has nothing to do with something not being right but we reached on a day that was years hottest day so far so the apartment was slightly on the warm side. The hosts couldn't have done anything for one hot day as even we couldn't do anything if it was our place.
