Problems with heating and hot water spoiled the whole experience of the stay. There was also someone's hair in the bed.

The host is very helpful and friendly. The room is exceptional good and clean.

The surrounding environment is not safe. I was harassed by a random man around 5 pm and followed by a group of young teens the other day the street of this accommodation. Although only 5 minutes walk to the very crowded Brussel-Midi station where police is, it is not safe to travel alone there.

The apartment feels somewhat worn yet still unfinished. It looks better in photos than in reality. While the bed was very clean and comfortable, and the towels too, the rest of the space could benefit from a more thorough cleaning. I avoided using the plates and cups because they were all dirty.

Although it's just a few minutes' walk from the Midi station (which is very convenient), that part of the city is best avoided. As a solo female traveler, I didn’t feel safe there, especially during winter when the days are short and it gets dark early.

The studio itself was fine, very good location from the railway station and supermarket . Not to far from the centre. The studio was very clean and extremely easy to collect the key.

The street light shines straight through the window so it was to light during the night. Brussels South/Midi is quite a rough area, very dirty and a lot of poverty. This is the only reason why I would not go to Brussels anymore.

Property close to the station. It’s not a glamorous area but was ideal for us as we were day tripping to other cities each day. It was a very clean property.

If you have heavy luggage it would be a struggle taking it up the narrow staircase. Unfortunately on our last day the water was shut off on the street. Not the owners fault at all, just happens. They supplied us a bucket of water as well as lots of bottles to help get us through

Great location close to Gare du Midi and transport links in and around the city. Flat had everything we were looking for. Very clean.

Area a bit rundown but didn't particularly bother us. Could do with some wine glasses in the flat!

Management were very obliging. Place was clean and spacious. Has free wifi even though Booking.com description stated they didn’t.

Fussy people would complain about the place being quite dated and the street area being noisy and run down but that only added to its charm for us.
