"Large numbers of bed bugs in bed"

The beds were infested with bed bugs and I had over 100 bites on my body during my stay, resulting in fever and blisters. I could hardly sleep because of the fever and itching all over my body. I should have known at that point as there were some blood stains on the bed. The owners are friendly and the location is close to the train station, but I would not recommend this place unless you want bed bugs biting all over you and making your trip a disaster

"It was ok"

Even saying in the description that wifi was not available, it was. The checkin went smoothly and the accommodation was near the main station. They also offered coffee capsules for the coffee machine (2).

It didn't have a microwave nor an oven. The streets around were very sketchy, but we figured out ways to avoid the main problematic streets. The windows didn't isolate the sound very well from outside, and we had (studio 2) a lamp right in front our window, so it was difficult to cover all the light at night from outside. The cutlery was also not really clean, but it was offered dish soap to clean it. Last but not least.. the room was very tilted, so it felt strange to walk :)

"Great, comfortable apartment close to major train station"

Loved this apartment! It was perfect for our four-night stay in Brussels, especially being so close to the train station as we did a couple of day trips and arriving from/leaving with the Eurostar was all so convenient! The bed was extremely comfortable, the place was clean and it was nice as there was a really good fan in the room. We would absolutely stay here again!

The shower is quite temperamental - if I barely adjusted the temperature it would be boiling hot and putting it just slightly the other way would make it freezing cold, so you really just had to take the time to find the exact perfect spot for it. But the shower itself is nice after figuring it out!

Property was clean, warm and well equipped. It is a short walk from Brussels Midi rail station.There was good WiFi which wasn't mentioned on Booking.com. Check out is 11am not 12pm as on Booking.com but host let us check out later.

The staircase is narrow and awkward with large bags.

"A comfortable and nice located place"

1- Location was great, midi staton 8 min walk, which includes the metro, and markets 2- Clean and useful kitchen tools 3-Silent 4- Quick response from host So I enjoyed staying there
