La cuisine et les toilettes sont hors la chambre et avec les bagages c pas pratique avec les escaliers et aussi on a pas arrêter de appeller pour venir nous chercher parce que on c perdu 2 heures et il faisait trop froid le personnel nous a dit si vous payez pas la caution vous ne rentrez pas alors qu on voulais au moins être au chaud et le faire par cash ou bien trouver une solution ,derniere chose y a personnes qui passe pour changer les serviettes et nettoyer la chambre

Toute est bonne

The well equipped house in the center, in front of Grand Palace and it has great view to palace. Clean and comfortable. Everything is as in photos in booking. But it is so noisy day and night, day time and evenings many tourists and after midnight and early morning cleaning machines come and clean with real noise that impossible to sleep. Under house there is cafe and its music also annoying. If you have big suitcase be ready to go up and down 10s of stairs each time. Also, you have to pay 500 eur as deposit, you will receive message one day before check-in, I wish to receive this earlier, this caused be real trouble when I arrived.

Noise, many stairs, separate kitchen and bathroom

Lawaai - niet kon slapen vanwege lawaai op de Grand Place. Ramen zijn niet geisoleerd.

Good location, near in everythings

Our stay is okay except in our bed, since bed is shaking and has noise, the bed might break. Door of the bathroom is hard to open, my husband can't open it immediately and can't go out, need someone to open it from outside. Then bathroom stinks and very noisy in the middle of the night.

Location was great. The view was brilliant. The kitchen was fully equipped apart from awooden spatula for the non stick pans and a dish cloth.

The split level of the bathroom and the kitchen was highly inconvenient and reduced our privacy. The description of the split levels did not mention that you needed to come out of the bedroom into the bathroom and kitchen, via a communal corridor. There were 63 steps up and downstairs from the front door to the apartment which could have been an issue if you had reduced mobility. The apartment was noisy but fir a central location, this could be expected and for an old building which did not have double glazing.

Perfect Location with View of Grand Place (however you have to expect quite some noise in late evenings - ear plugs are provided).

Quite complicated access with several stair up and down. Also difficult to get keys. First I got a mail that I have to complete a check in form - when I finally managed access, all the info was already in there anyway. Then I got a mail to pay a deposit, before I would check-in details. All this happened only when I was in Brussels already, busy in a meeting. In the end this was quite disruptive with my activities there. While kitchen and bathroom are private (=can be locked) you still have to cross a public accessible staircase to your room.
