Please read my review carefully. To check in, you have to walk about 20 minutes to a separate office just to collect the keys. The staff member took a photo of my passport without my consent, which is completely unacceptable. The apartment itself is a total disaster. The beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable; I could barely sleep all night. The curtains do not close properly, so there is no privacy at all. The wooden floors creak loudly when walking, and the doors make noise every time they are opened or closed. The hair dryer is useless, almost like a toy. There was no hot water in the bathroom. The apartment never warmed up, and I was cold throughout the night. Most importantly, someone staying on another floor locked the main entrance door, and I was trapped for one hour inside the building. You also have to climb four floors of steep stairs, which is very difficult and inconvenient. On top of all this, the house rules are extremely strict — almost like prison rules — and make the stay very uncomfortable. This is the worst place I have ever stayed. I definitely do not recommend staying here.

Je ne pense pas l'avoir vu dans l'annonce, mais il faut récupérer les clés dans un espace près de la gare.. Quand on en vient le matin et qu'on est obligé de retourner dans ce secteur, exprès, c'est assez pénible. L'isolation thermique et phonique n'est pas top top... Attention aux personnes avec grosses valises : escaliers un peu rudes...

The location and cleanliness were good. It was a 5-minute walk from the main square. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The only problem was the difficulty of the old and steep stairs. Since we only stayed one night and had little luggage, it wasn't a problem, but climbing four flights of stairs with suitcases was almost impossible.

Location is great. Close to attractions in the city.

Visitor is not allowed. I hope that it was written like in the house rules of the apartment before you book it, not that you will know it after you checked in already. I hope that there is more transparency. That’s the only thing.
