This was my second stay at the apartment complex, however a different apartment. I was very happy with the design of the apartment, cleanliness and location.

Unfortunately the management of the property did not inform me/share the instructions to a separate security deposit that needs to be transferred through a different page prior to my arrival, so they/automatic system did not send the check-in information. I contacted them an hour before arriving to the property to no avail. Their telephone number and the chat over the booking number were not responsive so I had to wait in front of the door (in cold weather and at 9pm) for them to respond. They apologised for what seemed to be a technical glitch in their automatic messaging, waited for me to proceed with the security deposit and only shared the check-in information after they've received the payment. I do understand mistakes can happen, but unfortunately it stained my stay as I got ill. Luckily I was safe but I can't imagine how stressful it must be if you have an actual emergency and none of the communication channels with the management of the property work.

A lot of positive (almost everything): New furniture, everything necessary available, clean, easy to reach city center, Netflix, polite staff. It is 8.5.

Minuses are minor - not city center, second sofa is not very comfortable (but not bad), windows look on the street.

Excellent apartment with a great location. The service and attentiveness from the staff was incredible!

The appartment was near a train and a bus stations. It was clean and very bright.

There was nothing to like. My deposit via their link never went through, we never got the address nor the door code, and NEVER got anyone helpful on the phone or on line. We tried to reach out countless times, both through Booking.com and locally, in Brussels, nothing worked out. We had to change all of our plans at the very last minute, the whole situation was a mess. To this day, we are clueless about what happened...

There was nothing to like or dislike, we never saw this place...
