Everything was perfect, the best experience ever.

We got to the place late in the night, and getting into the building (passing the first door) was a challenging timing, once even the door being release as per the screen (after putting the right code) the door somehow wasn't opening even putting onto it a decent pressure (I guess due to vacuum stuff or something...), after putting into it enough pressure the door finally opened, but that time we was about to give it up. Maybe writing it down would be a good thing for new customers. Day-bed was not comfortable.

The location is super clean and you have everything you need

The whole process of self-check-in was smooth and efficient. I was given clear instructions and it was easy to understand. The host was also very prompt with their replies.

I wish there was a human or face-to-face interaction with the host. A way to meet with a local host and have conversations with them.
