The location was excellent - looking out on a well-kept garden - and with a very short walk to Boomerang Beach. Wifi was good and the TV and it's offerings, including Netflix, were great.

A blocked drain which should have been noticable to housekeeper or previous users.

"Very happy to stay in this very practical place so close to the beach"

Very practical place, short walk away from the beach, we can watch the sunrise every morning from the living room!

The garden gets in the shade very quickly. Several appliances are broken: 2x dvd players, heater missing a wheel (unstable), grilled cheese maker

Right on the beach open had everything you will need and more

The only down side is that it gets NO sun so the apartment itself is freezing if you go outside of summer. We did go in “winter” bit it was way way warmer outside then inside. There is two oil heaters so we just left that to warm the room but rest of the house was freezing.
