Windows were filthy and shutters should be closed to keep out the afternoon sun before check in. Stifling hot on arrival and front bedroom took a long time to cool down. We thought the AC was not working in that bedroom. You also have a bad leak in the kitchen ceiling when it rains which makes the floor wet and dangerous. From the staining on the ceiling it has been like this for a while. Needs fixing before I would consider renting again

It was not as clean as I expected, I cleaned the top of the washing machine before I put dirty clothes on it. The clothes airing rack needs replacing, the plastic has cracked off leaving exposed rusty metal. Didn't find instructions about rubbish or recycling so left it Have stayed in various types of accommodation across NSW, VIC, TAS and WA and never had to kill a cockroach before. One of the coffee tables needs tightening up so wasn't safe to rest a hot drink or glasses on it. Perhaps it was me but a note on the "wrong" key safe pointing to the correct one would have been useful

The facilities were excellent, great living area, kitchen, en suites and bedrooms. All appliances in good working order. Air conditioning very comfortable on the hot days.

The taps in the bathroom were rather "splashy", when turning the tap on, the water hits the plug heavily and the user gets quite wet. A swivel tap would solve that problem. Nothing else to mention here.

The location is good. The property is light, airy and spacious.

It needs a really good clean. Ledges, skirting boards, windows and floors were dusty and dirty. Broken old plastic flowers in window boxes, not a good look. No brush, sponge or cloth in the kitchen to clean surfaces or dishes. Bed linen is old, thin and was not ironed. One flimsy tea towel in the kitchen is not enough. The shower needs a thorough clean. It does not live up to the description which was very disappointing.
