Location, size, amenities, checkout process easy, comfortable

Check in process wasn’t clearly detailed prior to arrival which lead to last minute complications. Would recommend the check in process is sent to tenants in the future to better the experience

Loved that the apartment was converted from a shop, and the location was superb for taking in all the sights in Fremantle

Instruction for remote key was a bit confusing it should say that is a duel remote, press buttons for carpark but just hold fob up to door entry to building without pressing buttons

The property was excellent, clean tidy and very comfortable

The maintenance manager said that I was not allowed to smoke anywhere on the property grounds even though I was respectful and had my own container for my cigarette butts. Had I of known it was a total smoke free complex outside I would probably not have stayed there as I am respectful enough to smoke outside and the maintenance manager watched my every move on the property. If this is the case and it is a total smoke free complex then it should be stated in the property rules.

Advertised facilities were not present. ( dishwasher and oven). Very noisy. Poor layout. Fold out bed. Very poor wifi.

The location was okay , convenient car parking. It was clean and comfortable.

The pictures on booking.com portray a much more modern decor. The billing system was a mess, We had payments taken out and put back in then taken out again and the amounts were not correct seemed very confusing. When we arrived I called to see I'f it was possible to go in a bit earlier but the woman I spoke to was very abrupt.

Location was exceptional for us. Security on Premises ideal. Modern bathroom design Lovely decor

The aircon split system was noisy The room was far too lit up at night when sleeping. Carparking: I didn't always get what I preferred, i.e., walking down a flight of steps Noise from above and passers by the apartment after midnight
