beautiful little apartment very clean and tidy

Great location, very safe and secure place to stay.

It was hard to find , not easy to get the keys and we had trouble getting into the secure car park. The instructions for all of the above were too long and confusing, it would be better in bullet point form.

Location. Well equipped.

Kitchen stools, too easy to trip over legs. Couldn't unlock back door. Sofa was too low. Kitchen could do with an update, especially bench tops.

Location was close to everything

Building was very tired and approach to unit dirty and no external lights working the first night.The unit itself was also a little shabby and very dark. No windows ro look out and it felt like you were in a cell. The bed is located directly in front of the front door. The unit was clean and had a good but small bathroom. The kitchen could do with some updating. We were unable to get in our out of the back door. Access was a complicated. Overall the unit was ok but certainly not “boutique “

This was a very handy apartment as it was close to banks, transport and tourist attractions. The shopping was also nearby and only a short walk to the tourist information centre.

We did feel the bed, though quite comfortable, was a little low for us as we are elderly.We found some wardrobes very high to reach. My husband prefers using a bar of soap in the shower but there was no soap dish. The back door appears only accessible if you're using a car-we couldn't budge it from the inside.

Confusing communication to enter the property, lack of assistance, an automatic cleaning fee taken from my account and only told upon vacation of property (we only slept there and left it immaculate), vague smell of weed. Did not realise was a managed apartment and would not have booked if so - unfortunately had to pay full price upfront no refund so my bad.

The bed was not very comfortable and needs to be more sturdy and better quality

Great location.

The door to outside area did not open, and the area doesn't look like booking.com. site at all. The TV remote didn't work, even after we asked for new batteries. The freezer was extremely frosted over so the fridge was very inefficient. We needed to ask for it to be defrosted.

Central to Fremantle only had too take a short walk to anything. Good parking

Wifi definitely needs looking into.
