The location of this property is excellent, the building is secure with good amenities

It is a bit more work in person than it seemed in the photos

location near tram stop and a range of restaurants including the brilliant Rakuda

bed was old and tired, and the bathroom sink leaked all over the vanity

We loved our stay at Boutique Abode 314. The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped and perfectly located, with easy access to both Flinders Street and AC/DC Lane. The area is vibrant with fantastic restaurants and bars right on the doorstep. Communication with the host was excellent. We’d happily stay again!

Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there and it all worked the way it was supposed to. Rob was accommodating for any requests we had that made a big difference.

Everything you need for a home away from home. I had stayed previously in another apartment in this building with the same host, so knew returning it would be great, which it was. Very helpful to have parking on site easily accessed 24/7 too. If you exit on the UG instead of G, it leads you straight out into a laneway full of fab restaurants. I’ll be back again!

Fantastic location, nicely decorated and comfortable apartment, easy to access and host Rob very helpful and communicative. Would happily come back again.

We found it hard to get the right temperature in the apartment… but other than that… nothing.
