Such a well-located & well-equipped apartment. The host was really helpful too. It really set the scene for a great long weekend in Melbourne.

Great Location, Tram way and IGA market nearby, very nice owner, helpful and friendly! And the apartment is nice and clean!

If it can have a hand shower would be safer and easier to bath our little child. But actually it’s already nearly perfect for us!

The location of this apartment was the key factor in booking it. It is in the middle of everything, and easy to grab a tram if you want to go a bit further out. It was on the 3rd floor on the quiet side of the building, and I do mean quiet. It was amazingly quiet - which was perfect after a busy day out. It isn't the biggest apartment, but was very comfortable for a few day visit. The bed is very comfortable, the rain shower head great ( and I usually don't like them) and the kitchen was well stocked with all the whiteware you'd need. I also used the gym, which was quite large and had enough equipment and handiwipes to clean the machines.

Overall the apartment was really good, but it really does need a deep clean - the carpet is stained and there was accumulated dust in a lot of places. It is a bit dark on the inside, even with all the lights on. We also found it odd that there were plenty of pillows but no pillowcases, and just 1 hand towel for two people.. We did talk to the manager about this and he quickly gave us more and explained why - so ask if you need extras!

Adobe 314 was excellent in all ways. First of all the location was perfect - an easy walk to MCG, shopping precincts and my favourite Flinders Lane for eating and drinking. The apartment was well fitted out, quiet, comfortable. And the host Rob was great. Really detailed instructions and he went above and beyond to help me out. Highly recommend.

There’s nothing I would have changed.

The perfect stay. The location, the charming accommodation, the incredible hospitality provided by Rob (including a late night call when Uber dropped us off on wrong street and Rob stayed on the line to ‘walk us’ to where we needed to be). Our 1st trip to Melbourne, can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we come back one day.

1) The host (Rob) is fantastic. He was happy for us to check in earlier, check out later and arranged for a car park place. He provided a lot of recommendations as well. 2) The property’s location is awesome, right in the middle of the city. 3) The bed is very comfortable.

1) The apartment is very dark and barely gets any sunlight at all. 2) The air conditioning was not working properly and on a hot day in Melbourne it is a big issue. 3) The apartment is unfortunately not as clean as you would expect (kitchen sink, shower, wc were all not up to our expectations). 4) A minor, but very annoying issue is the table high chairs. They are just too high to sit comfortably and have a breakfast (which we are used to doing and which is easy to make given all the kitchen amenities).

Excellent central location. Host was very helpful & contactable - facilitated a late check out which we appreciated.
