Fabulous location, nice apartment and a good size for the city, communication with Rob was fantastic and he even arranged a delayed check out when our flights got changed for departure. Also loved the little touches like coffee pods, good utensils, and cling wrap. We will definitely stay again next time we're in Melbourne

Rob is a splendid host and boutique abode 314 is just delightful. Everything you need for a central city stay. Shops, cafes, restaurants etc are all within walking distance.

The apartment was incredible…Rob our host was very friendly and efficient. Central location, private, clean, cosy and fully stocked with everything you would need to feel like home including coffee and Tim Tams 😊 Very highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay again
