Really well equipped with everything to make it feel like a home from home. Netflix a great touch. Umbrellas available which was welcome. Also shopping bags were really useful.

Took ages to work out where an annoying beeping was coming from (turned out to be the dishwasher) 😂. Not much natural light.

A great place to stay in Melbourne's CBD. All major points are within easy reach. The accommodation faces the quiet courtyard and is therefore very quiet despite the central location. The owner (Rob) is very friendly and takes care of the arrival in advance and has many tips for your stay in Melbourne. The equipment of the accommodation leaves nothing to be desired and is of very high quality. Everything is in a very good and well-maintained condition. One of our best accommodations on our trip through Australia.

Points to know: The location on the 3rd floor is a bit dark. However, there are enough lamps in the accommodation to make it bright.

Position! Position! Position! It was a beautiful unit & I will definitely recommend this place to friends & family. I’ll be coming here anytime I come back to Melbourne. It really made my trip even better!

The only thing I didn’t like is the lack of water pressure in the shower

location is superb. apartment was very clean, modern, nice amenities like coffee, tea, milk included. great owner to work with. perfect for 1 or a couple. very secure building and quiet. would not hesitate to book again

The property is fitted out extremely well with adequate kitchen utensils etc for anyone wishing to cook or heat up meals, location is great with access to the tram at your door.

As we’re both tall people, we’d prefer a King size bed. The shower is rather dark as it has no light fitting directly overhead.
