Smartflats - Antwerp View

When I contacted the strutture for less of services, they answered "we really apologize for the inconvenience". There were a lot of demolition works on the adjacent Building, this made the flat really really noisy.

It is in the centre and modern deco.

The toilet seat broken and some of the light fixer is not connect properly and no lift.

Very nice home. Location is superb. Flat is big very suitable for a family.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The living room had a view on the Frankrijklei which is one of the main traffic axes in Antwerp, but traffic noise was not heard in the apartment.

On our second evening we could not enter into the apartment as there was a problem with the code of the lock. I have been 3 hours on the line with several Smartflat employees who could not solve the problem. They sent a securitas guy who was not qualified for opening locks. At 23.00 I asked to book us in another Smartflat accommodation or cover a hotel for the night. They could not offer these so I was with 2 children at 23.00 without luggage (was in the apartment) in the poring rain with nowhere to sleep. I wrote them emails to reimburse our lost night with zero answer from Smartflat. Not only couldn’t they help us when there was a problem with their lock system, they can’t even be fair by reimburse us properly. NEVER AGAIN!

Bathrooms and facilities were amazing, and the whole place was very spacious. The location was exceptional, with it being very close to Antwerp central station and within walking distance of many stores.
