Beautiful place to live the flat is so big. My kid loves it. Great location and very comfortable

Next time please provide microwave. And on duty staff if you need help. But overall it was a great place

I’m very able bodied but please know there are only stairs no elevator so plan and pack accordingly.

"Beautiful, spacious apartment haunted by horrible staff. Locked inside the building for 1,5 hours."

Beautiful apartment situated right next to Antwerp Central Station and the city. There were three bedrooms with comfy beds, two clean bathrooms and a spatious living room with big windows overlooking Antwerp's shopping street.

As we tried to leave the apartment building in the morning, the front door to the street was locked. We were unable to open the door from the inside, so we were locked in. This is extremely unsafe, in case of a fire we would have had nowhere to go as therewas no other exit leading out of the building. When we called the residence, the owner simply said he didn't believe us and that it was "impossible" that the front door was locked. We had to send video proof of us trying (and failing) to open the door to their e-mailaddress. When we heard nothing, we tried calling again, this time reaching another employee. She assured us the technical staff would be there in 10 minutes. Technical staff arrived after +-50 minutes, which means we were locked inside the building for over 1.5 hours. As we had to work in the morning, we were 1.5 hours late for work. Terrible experience and extremely dangerous would there have been a fire.

Location, space, nice flat very comfortable

The property didn’t have a laundry. The owners didn’t offer enough cleaning essential products for our stay. lack of instructions on how to deal with any issues. The owners should offer a more personalized service.

Good location, near Opera metro.

No luggage storage allowed before or after check-out. Passcodes for building and flat were mixed up. Hair dryer not available despite being listed in facilities.
