Self check in - easy - clean - spacious right in the centre , so a lot of possibilities for foods stores etc. Loved the view.

stairs no airco or ventilator we were on the 3th floor it was NOT POSSIBLE to sleep. We opened all windows and we got bit a lot :p

"Great stay but lousy start"

The appartment was beyond excellent. Very large with excellent facilities. Location is perfect too.

The reservation process. Very convoluted way to check in online. I was told I'd get the access codes to the appartment two days before the trip. There is no reception on site. But I didn't get the codes. Staff was late in responding to my questions about the access codes and didn't give adequate answers. Eventually had to phone them when we were already in Antwerp. They were quite hard to reach. We were told we'd get the codes per email as soon as possible but they apparently sent them to the wrong email address. Had to phone them again, which took some time, and it was eventually solved. But we were already in the city and just wanted to get in. Then we found the appartment entrance, but the door was blocked by a huge pile of garbage. Not the fault of smart flats, probably put there by the neighbours to be picked up the next day (it was indeed cleared up the next day), but it was unpleasant to have to remove bags of garbage just to get in. After these hiccups, our stay was excellent, luckily.

The apartment is huge even for a group of 6 that we were. The view from big ceiling windows in living arear is also a highlight of this apartment. The location is great, right in the center and close to main shopping streets.

Since it's a very big apartment, some art and some decorative stuff could be added.

the property was great! prime location. close to the train station. spacious and modern apartment.

being on the top floor with no lift. it’s manageable but not ideal. good for the legs though!
