De locatie, alles wat je nodig hebt ligt op wandelafstand. Rustige buurt ook al zit je pal in Oostende. Goed bed.

Kitchenette met slechts één kookpot. Geen lavabo in de badkamer. Eén handdoek per persoon voor een verblijf van 3 nachten/4 dagen. Moeilijke wenteltrap tot de 4de verdieping (geen lift werd wel aangegeven) je staat direct van de trap in de studio, raar en gevaarlijk.

Maintenance guy cames into neighbors room and talks very loudly, it shows poor sound isolation, cant slept well in the midnight becouse of it

The only thing was that the bed was comfortable.

The cleanliness of the room is terrible. The heater does work in the appartement. It was so cold that I had to reserve an another hotel. When trying to contact to the host he never pick or answer back.

A few extra small details would make it better - install a toilet roll holder, supply a bath mat as the tiles are very slippery when wet, bowls and serve ware in the kitchen with a large sharp knife and whisk etc would be good. Advertise the need to lug all belongings up 4 flights of a narrow spiral staircase to warn guests of this aspect should be considered.

It's a great location. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops.

It was not clean, the bathroom is not the best, no bathmat, only two towels, questionable quality. The place lacked the electric kettle advertised in the description. We were told to get it at the shop and the owner will "wire us the money". We didn't mind the stairs but for someone with bigger luggage or maybe not in shape it could be a problem.
