Appendix to the equipment of the apartment: - hair on the pillows that did not have a pillow cover and the padding was all stained; - 2 shower towels (what about face towels?), - 1 dish cloth (for 6 days); - lack of shower mat (I don't care if people stole them, however it must be provided) - lack of a dish drainer (which obviously has been replaced by the dish cloth) - lack of sink in the bathroom (you have to brush your teeth into the shower or into the kitchen sink) - packets of salt, sugar and various things were opened (for hygienic reasons you have provide single doses or you don't provide anything but not half-opened packets where we don't know if people put their hands into it) - lack of cleaning equipment (there was only a dustpan and a brush for crumbs) - lack of a hairdryer - I suggest to provide a clothesline or a drying rack if someone wants to wash their underwear or put their bathing suit to dry, since there is no balcony. - pot with broken handle - dirty pan - dirty microwave - a sign says "please do not kill the mosquito on the white walls, use the electric mosquito tennisracket" that was broken and useless. - PIGEON POOP falling on the chest of drawers from a hatch in the ceiling and it is certainly not my problem if you have lost the keys to clean it. HOW DISGUSTING!!!. - Finally on the second day we found a seal on a chair, which was not there the day before... we informed the owner sending some pictures and then called him. He replied that he would send the cleaner because he wasn't in Belgium and the cleaner came the day after and she saw all our problems and dirt but it was the last day of our staying. The cleaner also said that she is payed only 2 hours to clean all the 4 flats rented and I don't care about it. She offered to clean saying that we were right and offered to clean but it was 12 hours before our leaving !!! In the end the cleaner told us that she would reported all our complains to the owner.
