Deluxe Capital Street Stay for 12

Friendly and helpful staff, good location

Floorboards had gaps,there was a broken light switch, the previous guests didn't clean before leaving

the decor is amazing and the location is outstanding. we loved 5 meter high ceilings and d furniture. the place has so much potential!

the check-in process was quite bad although run by extremely nice people. please let people pick up the keys at safe storage at the property, not almost 1km away from it. also, the bathroom is at 3d floor while main bedroom is at 1st. it's not so so comfortable apartment for a couple.

there was lots of space at the apartment. Everything in the kitchen worked as it should. there was coffee and other condiments handy. the location was good and close to supermarket, shops restaurants and sights. We like staying in self contained accommodation as can make our breakfast and lunch to take on picnics with us.

The photos in the advert don't say that they own 2 apartments at the 1 location. We ended up in the apartment that had bedroom on one floor, the kitchen was the next floor up and the bathroom was the next floor up from that. no great mention of lots of narrow steps which could be difficult for some. Very noisy as the street out the front was being dug up and worked on very early and loudly in the morning. I'm pretty sure the owners were aware and could have made mention of this. Given the choice, I would have booked the apartment that was on one level at the back and much quieter. they should advertise these apartments as 2 separate apartments. I feel there is a bit of bait and switch happening here.

Excellent flat in a perfect location. The admin team couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating.
