perfect walking distance from the centre of Bruges

weird that there was a list of duties to carry out prior to departure, but I’m gathering that may be a Belgium thing?

The location was great and the accommodation was 1st class

For a large group you could of done with a toilet on the upper floor

It was difficult getting in but Charlotte was very apologetic and resolved it very quickly and we were able to get in

The apartment is very family friendly, there are toys for the kids, they gave us a cot and little bathtub for the baby. It is close to the centre of the city. Easy to find it and to access. The owner is also really friendly and helpful.

Only 1 toilet roll provided - very inconvenient to have to buy more.

The property was in a great area. It was great for us as a group of friends staying. The property is a little basic but suited our needs and is good for the price

The lack of ability to pay by credit card is an issue. Requiring people to pay by international bank transfer isn’t acceptable given the banks’ obvious concerns over fraud risk management. We agreed on cash paid on arrival which isn’t ideal. The property only have single beds may be an issue for some travellers

A very good large apartment, very clean and lots of facilities - great communication from the host. Location is excellent a couple of minutes walk to most of the attractions, bars & restaurants. Underground Parking is very secure,
