Beautiful apartment with a great style. Located super close to the Trix so great to stay at after a concert.

Comfortable, clean, very well equipped and much larger than it looks in the photos.

Decent location for our needs. Good size bedrooms.

Stairs are rickety and coming apart. Stairs far too steep to go up and down safely - definitely not for anyone with even slight mobility issues, or elderly. No bowls to have cereal or soup, no toaster. Loose sockets with exposed wires.

Price was reasonable. The host was in no rush to kick us out after the check out time. The house was very clean with all amenities available including washing machine and cooking utensils. Privacy was excellent and the host was super friendly.

the stairs are too narrow and dangerous for kids

The beds were comfy, the flat itself is very spacious. It was good location us for us (we went to a gig at Trix, about 10 minutes walk away) and the various technical issues we had, could be solved quickly.

We had problems with the key lock box and also the WiFi Router wasn't working when we arrived. In both cases someone quickly came to help and sort it out, so that was really good service. It was a bit tricky to find information about the WiFi (there was a sticker with the info on the door of a kitchen cupboard. Far away from the router. For the future I'd recommend putting this relevant information and also the bit about the recycling in a folder or a piece of paper easily to find on the table. We would have liked a more honest description of the stairs to the bedrooms as well. That one is VERY steep and narrow and even though it is visible on one of the photos, we were a bit dismayed. Getting luggage up and down was a bit tricky, not to say navigating it if you needed the bathroom (downstairs) in the night.

It was specious and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Two towels per person is a massive plus!

The steep stairs are something to think about for families with toddlers and people with mobility issues. The flat is set on first and second floor. Not a fault as such but perhaps is good to know.
