130sqm appartment with 20sqm terras and free parking

specious room, interior design, open kitchen was well equipped, huge terrace, free parking in front of the house

very steep staircase!!! we only walked down backwards. not suitable for small children or the elderly. low beds...

The rooms are large and the location is good to walk into the downtown.

The stairs are quite steep, not convenient to go upstairs or downstairs.

Beautiful comfortable apartment

Clean spacious apartment with 3 levels (steep stairs) and great decor. Well stocked kitchen and laundry pods were provided for the washing machine. Clothes drying rack was promptly provided upon request. Parking was on the street in front of their garage door.

TV didn't work (host never answered how to get the TV to turn on). The toilet room was quite narrow. House next door is currently undergoing renovations which resulted in quite loud noises being transmitted through the walls.

Great, quirky apartment above a garage - very spacious, all the room required. Nice terrace, used every morning for breakfast and most evenings. Parking space right outside was handy and all access instructions were clear.

Beds very uncomfortable (but that goes against what others have said, so is our opinion). Very steep stairs to 3rd floor bedrooms - unsuitable for young or elderly, but did not affect us. TV was not working on arrival - contacted the owner who said they knew about it! Property was advertised with a TV so very frustrating that is wasn't working, or even fixed / replaced during our stay. Wasn't the end of the world for us, but we did miss a couple of sporting events we'd planned to watch. Woken on 2 consecutive nights at 2.30am by what sounded like the garage rollers going up and down. Lots of mosquitos kept us awake (not the owners fault), and all of us woke up with a number of bites which could not all have been from mosquitos - noticed afterwards that the property is open to pets. We weren't made aware that the road was closed between 12noon & 9pm during our stay. We avoided these times, but could have been awkward with loading / unloading the car.

The kitchen is very new and well-equipped and there is a terrace with fresh air. Parking is directly in front of the apartment.

I was not aware of the very steep stairs to get up to the apartment as well as the super dangerous stairs to the sleeping rooms - the last few steps you basically have to crawl. It is terrible and very inconvenient. Why was this not mentioned in the description? Also, it took really a long time to get the invoice despite calling the owner a few times.

Terrible stairs, suitable for young people only. Could not find a place to eat in the area. The host did not provide the instructions how to open the box, we had to call him.

Beautiful and spaceous appartment in great location. It was nice to be able to cook dinner and eat outside on the balcony. Appartment has everything for a comfortable stay.

No contact with the owner. He did not issue any bill for the stay despite many requests!
