Having only one bathroom inside a room is a bit inconvenient for those staying in that room. Even though we love animals, the apartment smelled unpleasant when we entered, especially on the sofa. But nothing that can't be fixed with a good cleaning between visitors 😊 The noise outside the apartment is annoying, especially for those passing by on the stairs.

ideaal appartement voor halloween. Overal gaten in de muren, eigen knutselwerk denk ik. Niet kunnen slapen door rustig pratende bovenburen. Niets dempte het geluid. Deze personen zaten precies naast ons. Hier kom ik nooit meer terug. ! Doe het raam ook niet open, want je hebt het raam in je hand, zie dat je ze er terug inkrijgt. De dochter had ook de klink in haar hand. Puur horror.

De ligging

Het is heel erg gehorig, wc spoelt amper door en douche is maar kort warm.

l'accès aux toilettes qui n'est vraiment pas pratique, notamment la nuit ou le matin, pour les autres personnes qui ne dorment pas dans la chambre attenante à la salle de bains. Manque d'isolation sonore par rapport aux voisins du dessus.

Juste l’espace suffisant pour 3 personnes et deux chiens.

Appartement nécessitant une rénovation et mise en conformité urgentes.
