Phenomenal location.

The bed was very uncomfortable (couch was great though), and the place could use some repairs.

Location is near shop and restaurant.

The floor unit up stairs is not sound proof. I can hear the neighbour having sex clearly. Thanks god my kids is so tired and they have deep sleep. But, it’s so entertaining 🤣🤣

Loud neighbors and very little isolation in the walls. Felt like the neighbors were going to come in any time or were in the appartement with us. Weird lay-out of the appartement with the bathroom access only via one of the bedrooms. The appartement itself felt to us aa cluttered. A bit too many rugs, small carpets and decorative items everywere.

The apartment is nicely located in the beautiful and quiet heart of Spa, with free parking in front of the apartment

No warm/hot water in the apartment. The host came quite quickly after I called him (in the evening) and he increased the hot water pressure. But unfortunately we only had hot water the next morning, on the day of our check-out. The soundproofing in this apartment is terrible. We could hear every single step and the conversations of the neighbours above us. Very unpleasant as we could hear them until 05:00 in the morning... There was no way to have a good rest this way. The floor of the apartment itself was also creaking very badly... As the bathroom and toilet is in the master bedroom which you have to reach through a small stairs, the person(s) sleeping on the sofa in the living room and in the master bedroom will be awaken all the time if someone wants to go to the bathroom.

Price was reasonable. And location was perfect.

The soundproofing was not good. Habitants from upstairs woke up at 5:00 am and due to bad soundproofing we woke up as well-
