Nice location, short walk to shops, bus depot markets and foreshore restaurants. Comfortable, spacious apartment with parking included.

There are quite a few stairs to get from car park to apartment that could be a struggle for those who have limited mobility.

Location was great. Good size rooms. Cafe near by was wonderful. Undercover parking was easy to use and generous. Unit size is very large.

A few things let me down significantly and I wouldn't stay there again. The main bedroom ensuite pipes keep you up all night with a loud pressure sound every few minutes all night long. The main ensuite was not well cleaned, the shower was full of long dark hair along the glass. The was 1 roll of toilet paper in the main bathroom, and none in the ensuite. NO spares. So for the 3 people staying there we had 1 roll of paper. I messaged the property on Booking.com the next morning as I was spending the day out of the apartment, and happy for it to be fixed by the time we came back. By nearly 230pm I had heard nothing, so i called the emergency number to advise that I had only 1 toilet roll in the property and if someone could drop another roll off. The lady on the call literally said to me "you will have to go buy some as I cant drop any off". Not I'm so sorry, oh dear how did that happen, that's terrible, let me see what I can do.. but instead, sorry not my problem, go out and buy a pack of toilet paper for your 2 night stay in the 3 bedroom apartment with 3 people. I was so shocked I said, "wow ok thanks a lot" and hung the phone up, She eventually dropped off 2 rolls a hour or so later, but by then i had already bought my own. I had no issues with a mistake being made, but please find out all the facts and at least apologise to your clients before you just state, "you will just have to buy some". You didn't know this, but i was there with my 2 kids and without my husband, who had planned to attend, but had to rush to South Africa as his mother had unexpectedly passed away. So being told with 2 kids in a town i dont know go buy some was terribly disappointing.

Nicely furnished, comfortable beds, restaurants and supermarket within walking distance, everything you need in the unit plus parking.

Upon arrival I was greeted by two lovely woman who were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable and the location was great.

The apartment was very comfortable and spacious for us and in a great location to Manuka Oval The heater was wonderful which we truly needed with the weather A bonus having a Cafe on the ground floor

The TV connection would flicker in and out at times - probably the connection The only little thing - it would have been great to have a tiny little carton of milk in the fridge to make a cup of tea or coffee

no soap holder in ensuite shower
