Sandwich press. Clean sheets and towels. Laundry facilities worked. Location.

Auto light in hallway/front door didn’t work. Lights/lamps not working/plugged in (needed to move bed to plug in) Found dead cockroach next to bed a bed (looked like it was there a while). Large plates didn’t fit in dishwasher, had to handwashing. Half a toilet roll left in a bathroom with no refill roll. Staines on couch, curtain looks like blood…

Great location close to shops, good supermarket, glassworks, city sights. Comfortable beds and nice linen. Very good breakfast cafe on ground floor where they clearly care about their food and coffee. Give the one in the shopping center square a miss - cheaper but not worth half the cost.

There is a flight of stairs to get to the unit which were not mentioned. Crockery and glasswear were a bit of a random assortment. Obviously hosts have had many losses over the years.

Hadn’t received a message with safe code to get the keys on our arrival. The looong email received after booking with list of conditions and instructions had advised I would receive code on the day of arrival. Wasted an hour of our time trying to sort it with the real estate by phone and staff at Accommodate Canberra….both who were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was in a good location. Floor, coffee table not clean, cobwebs and dust about the apartment. Single beds in the two smaller bedrooms could do with new mattresses as the springs clunked when you sat on them or turned over in bed. Friend who stayed in master bedroom was very sleep deprived after 2 nights of little sleep due to a noise from the ensuite like a water pump cutting in every few minutes.

The location was fantastic and the size of the apartment was great. Bathrooms and showers were excellent

No customer service after 2pm on Friday even though the office advertises as being open until 5pm. No service over weekends. Some things were broken or didn't work. Broken screen doors to balconies so we couldn't leave doors open and lock screens. No air conditioning to bedrooms and the two smaller bedrooms did not have fans. It was a warm weekend so these rooms were very uncomfortable to sleep in.

Perfect setup for a group stay. A bed for everyone + 2 bathrooms to share. Comfortable communal areas and all the mod cons.

Swipe cards and keys were a minor hassle. Keyless entry would be a great upgrade.

Clean, spacious, good cooking equipment in the kitchen.

Instructions on how to access property after picking up keys after hours need to be redrafted as they are confusing. A small map maybe useful.

Entry and exit process easy. Unit complex quiet and secure.

Dishwasher full and not clean. No bathroom soap! Utilising body wash without and effective way to apply it is annoying.
