Emplacement, appartement propre et spacieux

La ventilation qui souffle non stop et installé juste à côté du lit, un enfer. Et plus d'eau chaude le 2ème jour

"Apartamento práctico y cómodo. Barrio inseguro."

Venimos a ver un familiar que vive en St Gilles. Hemos pagado unos poco menos de 600€ para 4 noches, 3 personas. Lo que es el alojamiento en sí, muy bien. Apartamento amplio y todos los servicios a disposición (wc, baño, horno, cafetera con cápsulas, lavavajillas...). Perfecto para 3 personas (2 adultos y 1 niño) : hemos estado muy cómodos y a gusto. Está ubicado a 20 minutos andando del centro. Muy cerca de buses, tranvías y metro (Parvis de St Gilles).

No nos gustó el barrio, no nos sentimos seguros (se ve mucho tráfico de drogas). Limpieza del apartamento regular. Muy baja presión del agua (fregadero y ducha) Idealmente, en los servicios que propone el apartamento faltaría una lavadora. Echamos en falta también algo más de comunicación por parte de Rent Flat, tuvimos que preguntar nosotros el mismo día de llegada por el checkin.

"Appartement bien situé pour notre séjour familial"

Appartement situé dans une résidence propre et calme avec ascenseur. Bel espace de séjour + terrasse côté cour. Wc, bureau et chambre séparé. Chambre côté cour. Canapé-lit.

Pas de quoi accrocher sa serviette dans la salle de bain. Pas de lave-vaisselle fonctionnel. Propreté des armoires de cuisine,des interrupteurs, des chaises et des plinthes et sous le canapé -lit à revoir. Trou de cigarette dans le canapé -lit.

Mieszkanie- perełka. Przestronne, wygodne, no idealne.

W piątkowy wieczór na ulicach masa narkomanów i bezdomnych, kwitnie handel prochami. Bałam się tamtędy iśc. Od rana masa policji i się uspokoiło, więc może to był przypadek, ale...

Well furnished, large flat. It has a nice balcony, and is very quiet. There were coffee capsules and water in the fridge when we arrived. Easy to get there and easy to get the key from a lock box.

Close to the centre but the area is a bit rough - the good price for this kind of flat is maybe because of this. There was no hand soap anywhere.

Good location away from main tourist area. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Easy access to the metro and train stations. The layout with the toilet on one end of the apartment and the shower on the other end was odd but not a deal breaker.

I did get help for getting the heat and hot water turned on. All other questions were ignored. I'd read they had great communication so this was a surprise. Other minor issues is that there was plenty of shampoo but there was no soap/body wash. My guess is that the other apartments they have probably are missing some shampoo LOL
