Rent a Flat - Bruxelles

Spacious. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there.

The location seemed a bit dodgy, especially arriving late in the evening. However, we had no issues during our 4 day stay

Good location away from main tourist area. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Easy access to the metro and train stations. The layout with the toilet on one end of the apartment and the shower on the other end was odd but not a deal breaker.

I did get help for getting the heat and hot water turned on. All other questions were ignored. I'd read they had great communication so this was a surprise. Other minor issues is that there was plenty of shampoo but there was no soap/body wash. My guess is that the other apartments they have probably are missing some shampoo LOL

L'emplacement et le quartier sont chouettes. Le logement est comme neuf et plutôt agréable. Il est lumineux et spacieux. Facile d'accès et avec des commerces à proximité. Le lit est très confortable. C'était propre. La boite a clé est très pratique. La terrasse est un plus. La douche est grande.

Le canapé lit n'est pas très confortable. Il n'y vraiment pas assez de vaisselle et de materiel de cuisine (un verre à bière seulement, pas d'économe, des poêles en bout de vie, pas d'essoreuse à salade et pas assez de vaisselle pour utiliser le lave vaisselle quand on est 3 personnes). Les robinets sont tellement entartrés que ca fuit de partout. Le flexible de douche qui s'est cassé dès le premier jour. La communication avec le logeur est assez laborieuse. On entend les voisins du dessus qui marchent. La table sur la terrasse est beaucoup trop vétuste. La décoration de l'appart n'a pas de charme. Pas assez de mobilier: pas de tabouret ou de chaise ou de siège en plus, pas de porte manteaux ou de quoi poser ses affaires.

Good flat, spacious

The tram in that route does not work, so each time to get to the city, it needs 15 mins of walking uphill. We really struggled to get there with luggage’s and it needs a climb uphill and makes you tired. The nearest metro station is Helleport, and that station is poorly maintained, smells of urine everywhere. Not a great location overall.

The property had everything a family need for a few days. Definitely a good location and big enough for 3 people. We had a restful stay in the apartment.

Dichtbij Brussel-Zuid station, dus ideaal voor trips of conferentie in die regio. Dichtbij Sint-Gillis dus veel restaurant en winkels.
