Bansko home with a Mountain view

Great view, nice location (next to a great bakery!), comfy beds.

Sometimes there was a bad odeur coming from the drain pipes.

I COULD NOT FIND MY APARTMENT.IT TOOK ME 1 HOURE!

good location and accommodating hosts. had some bathroom amenities like shampoo and gels.

didn’t have much toilet paper. the shower didn’t drain. but the host said they would have fixed it if i asked. just wished it was fixed proactively.

We were in Bansko at the beginning of march. The apartment is warm and clean. No problem with parking, good location.

View and location

The cleanliness is a big issue. The place had not been cleaned thoroughly for a long time. It's dusty and has many spider webs. I was feeling the dust sticking to the back of my thought. It's filthy under the microwave and around the fridge. The bathroom is disgusting. With the exception of the toilet, sink and mirror, it looks like it was never cleaned. There are thick black built-ups around the corners of the shower. See photos. And there is a constant sewer smell. I asked the host/manager to resolve but there was hardly any difference.

Good location, rapid communication with host, and very fast resolution of any issue/question we had during our stay. We had an issue with the boiler which we reported at night and it was fixed first thing the next day, so it didn't cause any issues with our stay. Nice view of the mountain, cozy atmosphere, and good conditions: you have a kitchenette with kitchen sink, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle so you can enjoy a quick breakfast before going to the ski slopes.

Unfortunately the fireplace was not working, and was looking forward for it. But the host quickly responded and apologized as they were still waiting for someone to come fix it. We did not need it for heating as we had another electric heater that was more than enough.
