The location is excellent, close to Pirin Street and an easy walk to the historic center of Bansko. internet was quick and without flaws, bed was comfortable. Warm shower. The mountain view was fantastic.

It was no problem for me but people with mobility issues should know the flat is 7 stairs up, there is no lift. The only thing I really did not like was the bathroom, it was not very clean when I arrived but I did a bit of scrubbing and solved that problem myself.
