ATW Apartments

De ligging is super, overal dichtbij en vlakbij zowel trein als busstation

Kookplaat die niet werkte, geen magnetron aanwezig, geen rookmelders aanwezig

De locatie was ideaal en dicht bij het station en het had een prima balkon.

Het was op de geleverde fotos niet heel duidelijk hoe het appartement eruit zag. Wij dachten dat we een tafel met stoelen zouden hebben. Opzich was dit geen probleem. Het was wel jammer dat het balkon maar 2 stoelen had, aangezien we met vier mensen waren en hierdoor 2 mensen op de grond moesten zitten.

L'appartement aurait besoin d'une rénovation concernant l'insonorisation des chambres qui donnent sur la rue très animée le soir et surtout la nuit. Il faudrait également des rideaux occultant la lumière en l'absence de volets. Aucun rangement dans la chambre pour poser valise ou vêtements. dans une chambre trop petite pour y mettre un lit a 2 places. Les meubles ne sont pas adaptés à une location intensive, ils sont abîmés. La qualité des travaux effectués dans cet appartement ( salle de bain , cuisine) est très moyenne :placards vissés de travers, manque de finition.C'est dommage car il suffirait d'améliorer quelques prestations pour que cela devienne accueillant et convivial.

Great location and surprisingly it’s huge

Location. Staff at the door was friendly.

Apartment wasn’t clean as we expected. There was plenty of hair on the couch and in the shower room. My children had insect bites all over either from bed bugs or flees. The TV was simply perched on the heater and was a safety hazard. Wouldn’t rebook this place.

Great location. So many different restaurants surrounding the apartment. Very close to Antwerp centraal station and Chinatown. Downside is the location next to a club and the bathroom always smell like smoking cigarettes.
