Sleep and Enjoy

The location is excellent. Everything is close to the apartment. Communication with the host was very easy.

Water pressure in the shower was very weak. I also have doubts about the cleaning process. There was dust under the convertible bed and in other places. The bathroom did not look extra clean. There were some hairs on the pillows, probably from the previous guests. The odor coming from the nearby restaurant fills the stairway and reaches the apartment.

The apartment is absolutely filthy! The boiler was leaking, the kitchen unusable, the sink did not drain, the window of the bathroom did not open. Bedsheets and towels seem ok, but the bed blanket smells like smoke terribly, possible it hasn't been washed since long time. I find the standard absolutely not acceptable.

The hotel is in the city center. Very very good location.

It was a big comtable apartment. The only problem is the owner met us once. No cleaning service. It was really a big hassle to find out the apartment at first. No door bell. Bathroom needs to be fixed. The owner could have been more cooperative.

Location was good

Nothing in the facility can be liked. The facility was very dirty. Smelly. No one from the management shows up to talk with them. We saw cockroaches in the room. We didn't even spend 10 minutes inside. We immediately left and our money was not returned. It was a complete misleading. Totally different from what was advertised. I don't recommend it at all.

The location of the facility is perfect for day and night activities. Very close to public transportation facilities.

When we arrived at the apartment, the floor was wet and had just been mopped. However, cleaning is limited to just wiping the floors. Hair and debris lay on the floor. The bathroom, toilet and kitchen were not clean. There were bedbugs in the bed. It is a pity that an apartment in such a perfect location is left unhappy due to sloppy cleaning. I hope this comment will lead to action being taken.

Although checking in was 6pm, having requested from the host an earlier time they confirmed on the day it was free at 3:15pm upon entering you walk past the kitchen of a restaurant up some narrow stairs that had citronella perfumes basting out and the lifts were broken. Upon entering the room there was an almighty waft of cigarette smoke, the whole apartment was engulfed in it which didn’t leave the whole stay it was like sleeping in an ash stray. My clothes stunk, my hair stunk and even when showering the stench would sit on my hair it was disgusting each night we had to be out the apartment from morning till night to be able to breath which isn’t great when the weather is chucking it down and options are limited - you cannot open the windows as it’s directly on the Main Street for risk of robbery. Not only that the boiler leaked to. It’s very very basic and noisy there are pigeons right about you cooing all morning and night not to mention the noise of the street party goers- I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anybody even hostels would have been a better stay which I now regret. Don’t be like me and go off the price as cheapest is definitely not always better. I have come home today with a dry sore throat and horrific cough.
