Sleep and Enjoy

There were bed bugs on the bed and I passed the night killing them - the property refused to refund - they actually offered to change the room, but since they use the same bed sheets and covers etc for the rooms I was scared and just asked for a refund. Nothing until today. I would give 0 if it was possible.

Very good location, right in the heart of old Brussels.

Below my expectations in terms of cleanliness. Have to walk through a dinghy hallway towards the staircase to the apartment. There’s no elevator so it’s painful for me to climb up with a big luggage.

Location is great. Really central

The apartment was really dirty. There was dust and hair everywhere. Sometimes there was not enough hot water for everybody.

The place is only couple minutes away from the Market Square. It is in the very heart of Brussels

It was not very clean and thd smell of smoking was heavy.

DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!! We had to leave the apartment at 1.00 a.m. because it was full of lices and I had to go to the hospital for the consequences of the bites. We have called the police to the apartment and we had to go to another hotel at 1.30. Everything is documented!

Location, the communication with owner, kitchen well equiped

Sound isolation - you feel like the neighbours entering in your room, neighbours steps, but you get used to🙂

location was very good and responsive time of Koen was excellent along with all amenities required for a stay. very warm and comfortable stay.

there was no lift and no signage or board for the apartment to find on the street.
