Badkamer mag echt opgeknapt worden. Geen 2 de vluchtroute. Enorme overlast van mugge

The apartment was clean and located not far from the station and Chinatown with many delicious food options. We enjoyed Antwerp by staying out of the apartment as much as possible!

Only very weak WiFi is available in a single area of the apartment—no streaming and could barely do email. The floors, beds, and hallway stairs creak. Guests come and go all night. Walls are thin and doors have gaps around them, so the neighbors’ cooking smells and esp. noise are all there. Despite a heat wave and me traveling with an elderly person, the host refused to provide a single fan and ignored my early message about this so that we couldn’t bring our own. Lots of mosquitoes and very little sleep.

好立地、安い、設備が良く快適

予約時に別途市税がかかることは記載があったが、さらにデポジット100€も必要であるということについては記載が無かった（但し、私の場合は日本口座への払戻が困難であるとの理由でデポジット免除となった）。

Its not far from the train station and its not very expensive

The hot water wasn’t working and when I told the owner she completely ignored it and didn’t even apologise about it or anything, very disappointing, me and my friends had to take cold freezing showers after our night out. Also the balcony door wouldn’t look, didn’t feel very safe.

Clean

Having to pay a deposit through a different bank account to get the key code. No key for the terraced door, huge security risk as apartment reachable by neighbouring balconies. Owner took no responsibility for this. Lots of rules and threats to keep the deposit eg no noise after 9pm but people in the building loud and by a late night drinking establishment.

Zeer schoon en compact. Bakker en supermarkt dichtbij net zoals restaurants. Afas dome 30 min lopen. Dichtbij openbaar vervoer

Ramen zonder hor. Veel muggen. Kiepstand zou ook fijn zijn. Keuken en vloer gedateerd. Mn vloer leek waterschade te hebben gehad.
