De locatie. Het keukentje was ook voorzien van alles dat je nodig kan hebben als je op vakantie gaat. Alsook het sleutelbakje was zeer handig om in te checken wanneer we aankwamen.

De inkomhal en trap waren zeer krap, zeker aangezien onze baby mee was en dus de buggy, de cosleeper,… mee moesten. Het was ook weinig geïsoleerd binnen de accommodatie, waardoor wij ons schuldig voelde wanneer onze baby begon te huilen (wij konden namelijk ook andere gasten horen in hun accommodatie).

The cleanness of the accommodation was excellent, since the space was well-maintained, tidy and overall comfortable. Everything was thoughtful arranged and it’s clear that care is taken to ensure guests have a good experience and excellent stay.

Despite the host’s clear efforts to minimize noise, the closeness to other apartments makes disturbances avoidance impossible. The host’s awareness of the issue is notice through a notice stating how noise is not allowed to after 9pm. Unfortunately, loud people talking on the communal stairs were very noticeable through the night, starting from 2-3 am and again at 4am, making sleeping impossible. Even normal activity, such as people walking upstairs in their own apartment seemed amplified: you can hear everything. This is not the owner’s fault, as the issue lies with the building itself and the impossibility to control who you’ll be sharing the overall building structure with.

Gemak van sleutelbox, zodat inchecken niet fysiek hoeft.

Helaas werd er door de buurman(cafe) nog tot laat muziek gedraaid en hard gesproken buiten. Zelf niet zoveel van meegekregen, maar partner en kinderen des te meer. Voor ons voor 1 nacht verblijven redelijk/goed te doen.

The location of the property is great at just a 10min walk from the station. Property has a well equipped kitchen with pots and pans, including a fridge and a cooker which is very convenient. Only missing thing was a toaster

We were on the second floor and the wooden staircase is very steep and narrow which made it very difficult to take the luggages to the room and back downstairs

La posizione a pochi passi dalla stazione raggiunta comodamente a piedi, ci sono molti supermercati vicini e la fermata della metro è a due passi.

Il phon era completamente fuso e non funzionante, qualche ospite prima non ha segnalato questo problema, il resto tutto ottimo e secondo le aspettative

De aankomst, we wisten niet in welk appartement we moesten zijn, we kregen geen code voor de sleutel, eerst werd er niet opgenomen, na verschillende mails en afgesnauwd te worden kregen we de code

Die Lage war ok.

Umfeld war laut

The property was very nice and bigger than we expected.

There was a painting hanging on the wall on a very risky place. One of us was getting the sleep couch ready to sleep in it and the painting fell without even touching it, it kind of looked like it was put on that risky place on purpose. We needed to pay a pretty large amount of money, much more than the painting was worth and when we tried to call them several times to talk about it, but they didn’t answer the phone
