Varna Smart Home Apartments

The location is great, the host was very responsive and allowed me to stay an extra hour at checkout.

I booked a place for a longer stay in the same building four years ago and was quite happy with the experience. Four years later, the apartment I was in looked a bit worn out, smelled of cigarettes and the coffee machine was not functional. The host did a great job to replace it with another one, which was also not functional but at the end I ended up with a working one.

I liked that everything , the house was located a stone's throw from the square, everything was nearby.

Everything is fine

It was clean, warm and the apartment was big. Excellent placement of the building, very close to what we needed.

It was a little bit challenging with the parking in the area. The additional costs were assumed as specified in the room description

The apartment is very modern, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is nice. There were 2 toilets. It was close to the shops and to the beach. It is on a nice quiet street.

It needs to have more towels. If you do not have a Bulgarian SIM card, you cant pay for parking with an SMS. You need an app for the parking (and the parking wardens are vigilant) - some info about that would have been appreciated before arrival.

beds must be better. Matras needs to be replaced and better sheets

The location is amazing - walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and park.
