Everything was perfect!

- nice location close to the sea garden, fair and beach - modern apartment

- the bed sheets didn't seem clean - we found hairs on them, and also a bread stick underneath the bed sheet. There was another bread stick on the nightstand. - the door to the apartment is right on the street and it's made of glass. There was no curtain or anything on it, so anyone could see inside. It's a problem especially since across the entrance there's one of the bedrooms with on-suite bathroom. So if you left your bedroom door open and undressed, people from the street could see you naked. - the on-suite bathroom upstairs had a clear window. People from neighbouring buildings could see the shower (no curtain) and toilet. We couldn't use it because if that. - lots of humidity - for some reason, there were a lot of night moths in the apartment... We caught 5 of them. They are harmless, but made some noise in the night. - the "view" from the ground bedroom is to a sort of parking and a generator. There was a dead seagull's wing right in front of the window.

The location of this apartment is truly one of the best in Varna, as it is situated just a stone's throw away from the vibrant city center. However, what truly impressed me was the close proximity to the Sea Garden, a very large park, which was a mere 5 minutes away by foot. This made it incredibly convenient for us to enjoy the beautiful greenery and take leisurely strolls along the park's pathways. Moreover, the apartment's close proximity to the beach, which was just 7 minutes away, added another layer of convenience to our stay. The ability to easily access both the city center and the beach made exploring Varna a breeze. The apartment itself was remarkably spacious and proved to be a perfect fit for our family of four adults and a toddler. Apartment 4, where we stayed, boasted two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a generously sized living room. This layout ensured that everyone had their own space and privacy, making our stay truly comfortable. Additionally, the ground-level entrance was a godsend for us, as it made maneuvering our stroller hassle-free. The apartment's modern design and thoughtful amenities added to its appeal. It was equipped with everything we could possibly need, including a washing machine, oven, iron, vacuum cleaner, etc. This made our stay all the more convenient and allowed us to maintain a sense of normalcy even while away from home. As mentioned before, this apartment is an excellent choice for families traveling with kids. The spaciousness, thoughtful layout, and convenient amenities cater perfectly to the needs of families. It made our stay much more enjoyable and stress-free, allowing us to focus on creating lasting memories. I cannot recommend this apartment enough for anyone looking to stay in Varna city center. Its unbeatable location, spaciousness, modernity, and family-friendly amenities make it the ideal choice for both leisure and family travelers.

We did notice some areas that could have benefited from more thorough cleaning. However, I believe that with a little extra attention to detail in the cleaning process, this apartment has the potential to be truly exceptional. The sheets felt a bit worn and could benefit from being replaced.

Greatly located, moderen apartments. Huge space, three bathrooms, complete kitchen, ally you need and more. Park is literally just around the corner.

Bedding needs to be improved.

Everithing was like in description. Fully equiped apartment in downtown. Extra bed for baby. The apartment is perfect for a long stay. The owner is helpfull and sent in the day of our stay all the details with pictures and also videos.

The bed sheets are a little bit small and their colour was grey. I prefer white bed sheets due to the high temperature that they can be washed.

The only negative is that the acoustic isolation from the next door apartment is not very good. I had to sleep in the 2nd bedroom because I could hear the neighbours from the 1st bedroom.
